I offer an accepting environment in which you can feel known, understood, and honored for the unique person you were created to be individually and in relationship with others. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to help resolve relational challenges and issues related to life/career transitions. Additionally, I specialize in treating all types of anxiety and trauma (and the depression that can often result).

My areas of in-depth training include EMDR, Resiliency Model, and Image Transformation techniques for treating stress, panic, trauma/PTSD, and attachment disorders. I am also certified to use the Prepare-Enrich curriculum with pre-marital and marital couples. My specific areas of clinical focus include affair recovery, trauma/abuse, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorders, social anxiety, grief/loss, chronic illness, and spiritual concerns.

I draw from a breadth and depth of personal and professional experiences, including over 20 years working in large corporations developing team environments to facilitate interpersonal collaboration and growth. Beyond therapy, I provide life coaching to individuals and executive coaching to businesses. I also love facilitating soul care opportunities for women.
