As a therapist I am passionate about bringing healing and hope to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My goal is to help people work through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, lonilness, or the feeling of being “stuck" so that they are able to move forward to become their best self. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that in each of us there is a deep longing to be seen and heard by another person within a safe place.
