Ariella Baugh, MS

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I work with individual adults, teens, kids and couples. I work with my clients from an attachment based and relational framework. My hope is to create a safe space where clients can be their full selves and journey with them towards living as their true selves. I desire to help clients understand the difficult symptoms that are surfacing in their lives like anxiety, depression, relational issues, communication struggles, disconnection from self and others. I collaborate with clients to connect these symptoms to the deeper understanding of their source so that they can find not only present, practical relief but also long term transformation. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, clients desiring to understand all the parts of their identity, and those wanting to live wholly integrated lives. I have experience working ministry leaders and their families, people moving through faith deconstruction and/or those who have endured spiritual trauma. I also have experience working with teens who are trying to develop their identity and may be struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying, and self-esteem.
